  • Your move details: area, move-in or report date, budget, bedrooms, pets, and notes
  • Buildings you save or send to us, and your alert preferences

2. How we use your information

  • To build your shortlist, call leasing offices on your behalf, and schedule tours or video walks
  • To introduce you to communities you choose, which is how the brokerage is paid
  • To send alerts for saved buildings, only with your consent and at most one a day
  • To respond to your questions and follow up at Day 7, Day 30, and Month 10 if you ask us to
  • To improve the site and keep it secure

We personalize recommendations only from what you tell us. We don't ask about disability, familial status, or any other protected characteristic.

3. How we share information

We never sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With apartment communities you ask us to contact or introduce you to
  • With service providers who help us run the site and our forms, under confidentiality obligations
  • With Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC, our sponsoring brokerage, for licensing and compliance
  • When required by law or to protect our rights

4. Your choices

  • Turn off alerts at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email
  • Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information
  • Clear saved buildings by clearing your browser's site data
  • Set your browser to refuse cookies; some features may not work

5. Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law and real estate record-keeping rules.

6. Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
