Equal Housing Opportunity

Fair housing

We follow the federal Fair Housing Act and the Texas Fair Housing Act, and we do not steer.

Our commitment

New San Antonio Apartment Team, brokered by Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC, TREC #562021, is an Equal Housing Opportunity team. We do not discriminate or steer on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or disability, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local law.

How we make recommendations

We personalize only from what you tell us: the area you want, your move-in or report date, budget, bedrooms, pets, commute, and lease preferences. We describe buildings, gates, minutes, fees, and leases. We never describe neighborhoods by the people who live there, and we don't use safety or crime language.

School districts appear as facts of an address, with a lookup link. We don't rate or rank schools on listings.

"Who can rent here" labels

Some buildings have 55+, income-restricted, or PFC units. These carry a "Who can rent here" label above the price, with the source and date. The label is shown to everyone the same way, with a filter anyone can use. We never push labeled buildings to anyone or hide them from anyone, and they stay out of market-rate math.

Assistance animals and service dogs

Requests for assistance animals go through each community's reasonable accommodation process under the Fair Housing Act. Trained service dogs pay no pet fee or deposit under Texas Human Resources Code §121.003(h). We don't ask about disability, and we don't give legal advice.

Advertising

Our ads follow special ad category rules for housing and name the brokerage, Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC.
